


The school nurse ensures the health and safety of students by providing care for illnesses and injuries. They monitor student well-being, promote healthy habits, and support academic success through a safe and healthy school environment. They also serve as a bridge between families, staff, and healthcare providers.
Maintain communication with administrators, teachers, other school personnel, and parents/guardians to enhance cooperative action, which will meet the health and safety needs of students.
Review all existing data and determine if additional assessments are needed to evaluate the individual needs of the student
Provide health information and counselling for students, parents and staff.
Maintain confidentiality regarding all school and health-related issues
Advocate for safety around the school.
Promote the concept of self-management and enable the student to manage their condition and to make informed decisions.
Provide education around health conditions , medication uses and side effects.
Support teaching staff with health education resources.
Provide resources for parents and staff on communicable diseases and infection control.
University Degree
2 to 3 years preferred worked in International school environment
